Train-hopping would be the cheapest option and so that's what we did.</div> <div> For anyone who is debating going backpacking, I would recommend it 100% - we had a whale of a time - but I think it's wise to travel in groups of at least 2 people. You'll understand why when you read my journal ! </div> <div> Travelling is a very personal thing so don't be surprised if your buddy wants to go somewhere you're not too keen and vice-versa. The main thing is to compromise, and to enjoy the whole experience.</div> <div> After my trip to Europe, I ventured out here to <A HREF="http://www.tamsworld.com/" TARGET="_top" TITLE="http://www.tamsworld.com"><U>America</U></A>.
